The year ahead for AerData…
Firstly, a very Happy New Year to everyone. 2013 marked a year of many significant milestones for AerData. In October we held our first ever Customer and Partner Conference, an event that brought together customers and partners from across the aviation industry. We will repeat the event this year, in fact we have just confirmed the dates of 3rd and 4th September and again it will be held in our home city of Amsterdam. The booking period will open in February and customers will receive an email with all the details at that time.
In 2013 we were successful in a number of campaigns that saw Boeing, IAE, Emirates, Etihad and Cargolux become customers of STREAM. In addition, we won several new CMS customers and signed two proof of concept projects with major airlines for EFPAC. The industry leaders that are becoming part of the AerData family will continue to drive the development of our products towards a best-in-class standard that will ultimately benefit all parties that own, operate or maintain aircraft and engines.
This year we have several initiatives including extending our support team to cater for the rise in customers and the launch of a customer forum where AerData customers can exchange ideas and solutions to issues online. Finally, our product portfolio will grow to include a Repair tracking system called RepairManager and a new audit tool called GEARS (Global Electronic Asset Review System). Both will be built on the AerData hosted IT platform and will be part of the unified AerData Dashboard.
