CMS – Designed and built for the future!

Friday, 25 January 2013

CMS is more than just a software package. Whether a customer takes the full back office package, a custom based package, or support only, they still get far more than just a piece of software.

From the moment it stepped out into the world as an entity in its own right, AerData was determined to ensure that anybody that purchased the software package would be happy with it. Sure, that is the name of the game with every purchase we make in all walks of life, yet what happens is we buy something, use it, and eventually replace it, by buying something new.

This is not what AerData wanted, and so the system was designed and built for the future. The CMS database is in a constant state of growth; it is adapting to new leasing regulations, specific customer requirements, financial provisions etc. This is then passed down to you, the customer, in real time. Everything is developed and tested in house by the dedicated AerData development team. All changes are checked, tested and re-tested in offline ‘test’ databases; a function that is once again conducted by a dedicated team. The updated version of the software is then double checked, and brought into the live environments over the weekend, and at a time when users will not be active in the system. Finally, it is checked one last time, before being released to the customers.

All of this development is done as a matter of course by AerData. Why? Because they understand that to be competitive, to become, and remain, the top of their field, you need to work hard. You need to invest in your product, and strive to not just keep up with, but push ahead of the evolutionary line.

All of this is done with no extra cost to the customers; developments that are released on a system wide level are made to ensure that customers don’t have to worry about the changing rules and regulations. AerData has worked hard to create and maintain a level of trust with its clients that allows them to get on with the running of their business, safe in the knowledge that the system they use will always be able to deal with whatever challenges that may come along.

As you can see, when you buy CMS, you are not just buying a piece of software, you are also buying the services of four dedicated teams; a total workforce of more than twenty employees, who are all experts in what they do. Not many other products can say that, and effectively back it up in the real world. See where CMS will take you…
