These Lease Administration Services consist of all aspects of population and maintenance of data on assets and purchase & lease agreements. The Lease Administration Services can provide additional capacity in the initial data loading during the implementation phase and can be contracted as a long term outsourcing of partial or full data entry and data maintenance on the AerData software applications.

The AerData Lease Administration Services team is highly experienced and has expertise in the legal, financial and technical aspects of asset and lease management. AerData Account Managers are part of the Lease Administration Services team, resulting in professional and personal ongoing support.

Records Scanning Services

AerData scanning services has been developed since 2002 to be the most efficient process to capture aircraft records by using the latest in scanning equipment together with sophisticated imaging software.

AerData ensure that the process will identify and scan the critical records without interruption to the operator of the aircraft. AerData’s experienced staff will work with the client to ensure their requirements are met and a strict quality process overlays the entire process to ensure no records have been missed.

Global Scanning Services

Since 2002 this service has captured over 300 aircraft in 36 countries. The majority of these have been on behalf of aircraft owners and leasing companies. Our experience in dealing with airlines in the bulk scanning of records is unique. We respond to the needs of our customers and are sensitive to the concerns of the airlines in which we work. Our people work with the host airline to identify and scan all the pertinent records on behalf of our client. Our process is fast and is equipped to deploy at short notice.

UK Scanning Bureau

In addition to providing scanning and imaging services, the bureau also offers our customers a secure records storage solution through our relationship with a local storage company called Kestrel IDM. Kestrels' facility just 0.5miles from AerData's bureau boasts a state of the art storage facility that has advanced C02 fire suppression amongst other features such as secure access control and monitored alarm. Its close proximity to Gatwick airport make it an ideal location for our customers to store their records on a short or long-term basis.
