DVB Bank Has Become New Minority Shareholder of AerData

Amsterdam, The Netherlands; December 15, 2009 - AerData, the Amsterdam/Netherlands-based provider of software and back office services for aircraft asset managers announced today that DVB Bank, a specialist in international transport finance, has acquired a two percent stake in AerData with effect from December 9, 2009. AerData’s other shareholders, AerData Management and AerCap, hold a 49% stake each after closing of the transaction with DVB.
